Corona Virus – COVID-19 operational update
We hope you and your team have remained safe during the current situation and have adapted to the new norms of work and personal life.
“Covid Secure” procedures relating to distancing, hygiene and working practices remain in place, and the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and partners in our supply chains remain our primary consideration.
Changes to our working practices, and those of our manufacturing partners, have ensured that Kayson Green is operating with no impact on delivery times or the processing and despatch of orders.
We recognise that our customers are impacted by varying degrees during this pandemic. Whilst some are gradually returning to pre-Covid levels of activity, others are experiencing a substantial downturn in production levels. During this period of interruption, we stand-by to assist customers looking to undertake technical trials, or to enhance other commercial aspects of their grinding applications. We are equipped to pursue such projects either in person through on-site visits or by video conferencing.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and partners for their co-operation during these challenging times. Together we hope to come out of this stronger and more resilient. The coming months will not be easy, but please be assured that the Kayson Green team are doing everything they can to ensure the level of support and service is kept at the levels to which you are accustomed.
