We offer various specifications dependent on your requirements. These specifications up to 400mm are denoted as 1*, 2* & 3*. Our 1* and 2* specifications contain discs manufactured using Aluminium Oxide, Silicon Carbide & Zirconia. Our 3* specifications contain discs manufactured with Ceramic coated annealed Aluminium Oxide (Progress) & Ceramic grains.
We hold an extensive range of cutting & grinding discs both in our warehouse in Colchester and Germany. Stock from Colchester can be supplied on a next day delivery. Stock from Germany can be supplied within 7 – 10 days or sooner in urgent cases.

This excludes the need for tool changes when your application requires both cutting and grinding operations. This disc is manufactured in one quality – our high-performance Progress range (3*) suitable for grinding Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. Disc diameters up to 1260mm. Discs manufactured above 400mmø are developed and manufactured to meet your application requirements. This includes the possibility of special grain mixtures and additional reinforcement. In order to determine the correct quality for your application, we simply require your working parameters i.e. workpiece, workpiece material, workpiece hardness etc.
